Back To Blog...

Hey fellow bloggers and readers! Sorry for the super-long wait on the next post. I've been very busy with school and family for the past week. I solemnly apologize for that. Well, in the Philippines, most pre-schools and elementary schools are going to have a break that last for more or less two weeks. This break is also used to celebrate All Saint's Day.

Please do read more articles on this blog to help me achieve my goal of 300 Pageviews until the 31st of December of this year. If we accomplish this goal by the end of 2011, I will be officially launching my brand new FOOD BLOG right after New Year's Day of 2012. Peace :)

2: The People's Republic of China considers Taiwan as a breakaway province.
3: The soft parts on the tip of the nose is called a "cartilage".
4: When dividing fractions, you actually get the product of the fraction and the divisor's reciprocal.
5: In all banknotes in the New Generation Currency of the Philippines, there is an incomplete ALIBATA word "Filipino" just below the watermark. You can complete it by

Interesting Trivia

Nothing to blog on today, so I thought that I share some trivia that you are opt to know the answers to:

1: Inside the kitchen, the place with the most germs is the kitchen sink.
2: Many weird sports once featured in the Olympics. Some of which were tug-of-war.
3: When the telephone was first introduced, Graham Bell though of the appropriate thing to say to a friend while talking to this communication device. His first thought was "Ahoy!".
4: Isaac Newton also contributed something with arts. He actually invented the Color Wheel.
5: When held up to strong ultra-violet light, Philippine passports bear images such as the Malacanang Palace and the Mayon Volcano.*

Here's also some helpful tips while using the automated teller machine or the "ATM".
1: When claiming cash, be reminded that people should be two to three feet away from you to secure your PIN code.
2: Never let anybody check your account for you. Even if it is someone you trust like a very close friend or a sibling. Everybody is suspicious about these.
3: If you are alone and using the ATM during night-time, secure that the bank has close-circuit television or CCTV cameras placed in the entrance, or perhaps an overtime security guard protecting the bank's gate.
4: When you already have got your cash, never count it near the bank. Here's a suggestion, go to the nearest restaurant and go to the toilet. Now you can count your cold cash :)

Kudos and regards to all classmates who have been watching my blog. Thanks and peace :)

The Color Of Money

Well, just so you know, THE COLOR OF MONEY is a British gameshow in which one contestant chooses from 10 cash machines to win lots and lots of cash. Here's a link to it: http://www.ukgameshows.com/ukgs/The_Colour_of_Money
But here's the real point on this post; as I progress with my life, I seem to have an interest on paper money or specifically called as "banknotes". I currently have samples of Cambodian Riel, Thai Baht, Singaporean Dollars and Malaysian Ringgits. In the Philippine Peso, all my collected notes will sum up to more or less P 150. All around the world, their currency is really, literally, COLORFUL. Here's some samples:

Singapore Dollars  1: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore_dollar
Macau Pataca       2: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macau_pataca
Canadian Dollars   3: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_dollar
Antarctican Dollars  4:   sorry, no link available!

Funny Moments 4

Well, since I have nothing to blog at, I just decided to make the fourth post in the FF35 comedy series, FUNNY MOMENTS.

Bursting Violin 1: Well, I saw this video once where a boy plays the violin in his recital. Beforehand, three of his friends put a small exploding item inside his violin. When his recital came, there was two parts I laughed about: His violin strings coming off one by one and the violin exploding itself via remote.
Fire-Extinguisher Pranks 2: Here, a boy was changing his clothes in the school's locker and shower rooms. Outside, three boys have a fire extinguisher. When the boy inside opens the door, he gets sprayed with cold and heavy-duty fire-extinguisher foam. But here's the funny part, they were expecting a thin boy to come out, instead, they got the school's goalkeeper, 5 foot 9!

Shoutouts to Angel Ong for continued support to this blog. Regards & peace out :)

Group-Work; Meeting

Hey bloggers! Today, I'll be sharing my experience in my classmate Sofia's house. First of all, Sofia's house is mainly located like about twelve steps away from the main gates of our school. Now, inside is a very elegant place, surrounded with plants and other paraphernalia appropriate inside a home of life and light. Well, I was not alone when we went there earlier this afternoon. Me and my loyal group-mates also went to the house. We enjoyed many things in the house, mainly snacks and happy music being played while we were trying to brainstorm  about the concept of our group-work activity. I can say that the house is pretty well organized, since the room we spent about two hours in brainstorming projects was surrounded by three desktop computers (2 of which were broken so we only used 1) and other stuff used and related to office, school and reporting aids and supplies. The house has two floors, of which the first floor mainly contained the study room (the one with computers) the kitchen, dining and main living rooms. The second floor has the main bedrooms and guest-rooms of the house itself. Well, I can't tell you about our finished plan in our group-work project, since some of my classmates can check this blog and copy what is rightfully ours. Here's a hint; we use a lot of cameras, recorders, computers and a green screen.

Shoutouts to Sofia Corvera, Andrea Flores, Cedryck Tallada, Miguel Cardona, Michelle Tang and all my other group-mates for making our trip an exquisite success. May God bless the world and keep the peace.

Funny Moments 3

Hello again everybody! Here is the most-awaited return of FerbFletcher35's blogging series, FUNNY MOMENTS. Again, here are more school influences and other stuff that's really funny to me and hopefully, for you.

Wrong Spelling 1: All throughout my life, I have encountered numerous misspellings in the English Language. Mainly to this topic, I also confess that I have misspelled lots and lots of words in my student career. The funniest thing that I have witnessed was misspelling the word "Government", spelling it without the letter "N". To add to the "funny factor", the misspelling was on a blueprint design on the government seal of an organization.
Don't Sneeze When You Have Diarrhea 2: Here, two guys are seen at a shower room of a locker (or so I think it is) and the man in front is seen to have diarrhea. When the man in front sneezes, fake poo hits the man in the back, completing the scene. Here is a link of a video in YouTube, the owner of the video gets all credit :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VY8gx3SCHhY

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Yesterday, my sister, my mom and me went to a local badminton court and played badminton. My sister had great problems in hitting the shuttlecock in the second throw, but eventually she actually was a great help in serving the shuttlecock itself. Go Sis! My mom is also a great and experienced badminton player, which also serves as a great exercise, helpful to the human body. For those people not so familiar with the game, the game is just basically passing the shuttlecock from one court to another by the means of a net-like thing suspended on top of a long stick, called as a badminton racket. If you fail, the other team gets a point and vice versa. First to get 21 points wins a set. Get the most sets, then you win the game.

Shoutouts to Johanna Alvarez, Anna-Lee Rivera and Hannah Juanillo which always check my blog. To all readers out there, I thank you also for checking my blog. PEACE OUT :))
